15 Minute Fat Blaster

Someone busier than you has found time to exercise.  Time is not an excuse.  Your 1 hour workout is only 4% of your day!  But, I can relate to busy days and frazzled moments so I wanted to eliminate the chance of using time as an excuse.

This workout is for the days when time is squeezed.  It’s 15 minutes.  You can do it 1x through or 4x through!  You could do it 1x in the morning and 1x at night.  You don’t need equipment and you don’t need much space.  It’s perfect for your office (if you have a door and shades :) …or just get your co-workers to do it with you:).  It’s perfect for a hotel room.  It’s perfect for your bedroom or dorm room!

There are modifications for new exercisers and there are ways to make each of them harder.  The point is, you have no excuse.  None.
