It’s Day 2 of our challenge and I’m ready for some variation. This is a decline push up; a little more difficult and a little more challenge for your shoulders.
Varying these exercises over the next 21 days will allow us to challenge the muscles from different angles and recruit different muscle fibers to deliver more results. (And keep me motivated for 3 weeks.)
You certainly don’t have to use this variation. Push ups are hard and if you are finding them difficult to complete, check out the modified versions in my push up demonstration here.
