Countdown to Spring Challenge: More exercise variations

I’m behind a little on posting variations!  I’ve posted a variation for the push-up (decline) and the dip (with leg lift) and then I posted several lunge variations on Facebook. Here is a push-up variation called the Spiderman, a Backwards stepping loaded Lunge, a Plie Squat for butt and inner thigh as well as a Bench tap squat to hit the butt.
