1. Are these plans safe for everyone?
These plans are created for the “general population.” If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, have an injury, or disease such as diabetes or heart disease, please consult with your doctor before using this plan or any other nutrition and/or exercise plan.
The nutrition plans are not specific to special dietary needs. Registered dieticians specialize in this area if you have special dietary needs such as diabetes, hypertension, allergies, etc.
All foods recommended are natural and safe.
All exercises listed have modifications and also a video demonstration online to help you with proper and safe form and technique.
2. Where can I find more information on how to do the specific exercises in the workouts?

3. When will I receive my plan after purchase?
All of our plans are instant downloads! As soon as you make your purchase, an email with the link to your download will be sent to the email address you used to make your purchase through PayPal. You will be given 2 times to download via that link so that you can have 1 copy for your laptop or mobile device and 1 copy for your desktop. After you download it 2 times, the link expires. The link will also expire 30 days from the date of purchase.
4. When I went to download my plan, it said my link had expired. Why?

5. Do you give refunds?
We can’t give refunds because our plans are instant downloads to your computer. In other words, you can’t return it so we can’t refund it. BUT, we want you to succeed as much as you do so we will do our best to help you with any questions or problems you may be having with the plan itself.
6. Do you have trainers available to give me personal advice, suggestions, or virtual training?
Yes. Jamie is available for virtual training on a 1st come, 1st serve basis as spots are available. The cost is $100/session and all communication, workouts, training, guidelines, etc… are given virtually. If you are interested in Virtual Training with Jamie, send an email to email@example.com to request a spot, find out availability and to find out further details.
7. Where can I find extra help, resources, accountability?
If you purchase our “Ultimate Fat Loss Bundle”, you automatically receive an exclusive membership to our private Facebook Group Forum. You can post questions and comments in this group to receive advice and accountability from others utilizing that plan. Jamie is available to respond 3 afternoons a week.
8. I purchased the Ultimate Fat Loss Bundle and don’t know how to access the private Facebook Group.
Log into your Facebook account and then go to our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/workoutplanz Then, send us a message referencing your purchase and date of purchase. When we receive your message, you will be added into the forum.
