Losing Weight as Easy as Losing your Keys!

What if losing weight was as easy as losing your keys or losing your mind for that matter?  I tell you what, I’d struggle to keep weight on me if losing my mind burned massive calories!  I think with each child, several hundred thousand brain cells died.  Maybe they were “donated” in the process of creating the child.  I don’t know where they went, but I’m blaming the fact that I have 3 kids and a husband to keep track of!

Since it’s a well known fact that losing weight ISN’T as easy as losing your mind, your keys, your cell phone or your temper, I’ve been thinking of ways to make it easier.  I KNOW that the nutrition part is the biggest hang up for many of us.  My goal is to encourage you that a healthy lifestyle and/or losing weight does NOT have to be terrible or a struggle.  Keeping that in mind, I knew that if we could create meal plans for you, we’d remove some BIG headaches, save you time and it would MAKE LOSING WEIGHT EASIER!
