New Month, New Beginnings, New Workout!

A new month is a great time to throw in a new workout!  Here’s an arm workout I like to do with my clients.  It forces you to work one arm at a time which not only allows you to really focus in on the muscles being used, but it also triggers stabilizing muscles like your obliques since the weight distribution is uneven.  Good stuff!  Your arms will thank you later for it!  Pin it to keep track of it or share it on your Facebook timeline to refer back to so you can do this at least once a week this month.  I’d love to hear how you feel afterwards :) awesome arm workout #1
