We’ve done so much learning and core training in the last 3 days! It’s been awesome! Unlike other muscles groups, you can work your core and abs every day. If you are so sore that it hurts to laugh, give yourself a break!
Thought I’d just post this fun core workout designed to “The Champ” and then give you a challenge:
Sometime in the next week:
1) Try a Pilates class or DVD
2) Watch and DO some of our videos on Youtube designed for core training.
3) Do a timed plank. See how long you can hold it.
