Single serving dessert WITH HEALTH BENEFITS! Love portion controlled desserts and even better, I love that this is packed with protein, low in fat and low in sugar! Yee haw! I went crazy the other day when my boys had friends over and made 4 different kinds. My favorite was definitely the Creme Brulee version (will post that version below!) My favorite version was what I call “creme brulee”. I used sugar free vanilla caramel creamer, natural peanut butter, a bit of sugar free butterscotch pudding mix as the sweetener and then I drizzled a bit of sugar free caramel sauce on top. Everything else was the same as the ingredients listed. I had it both warm and cold and I preferred the cold actually. I’d love to hear your variations!
